Kaili Rehm » Staff

Kaili graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication, with a focus on interpersonal/relational communication. After using this skill set in the event planning and coordination industry, she graduated in 2013 with a Master of Science degree in communication sciences and disorders from Southern Connecticut State University. Her background in interpersonal communication and warm interest in helping others to improve their connections to the people around them are what inspired her to change from a fulfilling career as a speech/language pathologist in the public school system, to working with caregivers using the coaching model in early intervention. Kaili has been a Birth to Three provider for six years and joined Reachout, Inc. in 2018. A natural “cheerleader”, her favorite part about working closely with caregivers is empowering them to support their child’s development. Kaili equally enjoys learning from the families she works with. Every family dynamic is unique and every family has contributed to her own development as a therapist. Kaili and her husband Justin have three wonderful children. They are her biggest supporters and teachers. She believes in finding the joy in life and celebrating this daily with her friends and family through laughter, dancing, and fun!
